These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) are an agreement between you and SKY Entertainment Corporation and its affiliates ("Company", “We”, “Us”, “Our”). The Company grants to you a non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to use and display the services (“Services”) provided by the Company for your personal, non-commercial use by any device(s) of which you are the sole, primary user. The Service means any mobile application, licensed product or service accessed or downloaded by you from the Company website(s) or through third party websites or sources. The terms "you" and "your" refers to the user of the Service provided by the Company. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose, or to copy or distribute the content of the Service except as specifically allowed in this agreement.
