November 2018, by and between Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company having an office at 4131 Parklake Avenue, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27612 (hereinafter called "Oak Grove”) and Meggitt Training Systems, Inc. a Delaware corporation having an office at 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024 (hereinafter called "Meggitt”). For purposes of this Subcontract, Oak Grove and Meggitt may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
