THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 23rd day of June, 2016 by and between the Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization, hereinafter referred to as the "MPO" and HDR Engineering, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Consultant." The City of Cheyenne is acting as the agent of the MPO for the contract administration and as the MPO’s Fiscal Manager in accordance with Contract #6111.
