These are the Terms and Conditions for using the Remote Deposit Capture (“RDC”) services (“Services”) of Stanford Federal Credit Union (“SFCU”). The terms “our”, “SFCU”, “us” and “we” refer to SFCU and the terms “user” and “you” refer to the SFCU member accepting these Terms and Conditions. Other agreements you have entered into with SFCU, including the Account Agreement governing your SFCU account, the Online Banking Terms and Conditions, are incorporated by reference and made a part of these Terms and Conditions.
