This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiffs Sonali Chandra, Maria Janet Santos Martinez, and Matthew Allen Keim (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant Le Zinc Bar, LLC (“Defendant”).
