• The homeowner authorizes the Service Subscriber to use the same Cash Management modules as may be used by the Service Subscriber. This means that (among other things) the Service Subscriber is authorized to initiate ACH transactions, perform Lockbox services, and otherwise to use the Cash Management Services described in the Cash Management Agreement (as it may be amended from time to time by Bank), and to do so as the authorized agent of the Association.
