This Supporter Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a binding agreement between Open Scalable File Systems, Inc., a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation (“OpenSFS”) and the undersigned Supporter executing the signature page of this Agreement (“Participant”), hereinafter referred to individually as “Party”, and collectively as “Parties”. This Agreement is effective as of the date on which it is signed by the last of the Parties (the “Effective Date”). All capitalized words not defined herein are defined in the Bylaws of OpenSFS, as such may be amended from time to time (the “Bylaws”). The current version of the Bylaws can be found at www.opensfs.org.
