This is a request to bring a non-JSerra student, of the opposite sex, to JSerra’s Homecoming Dance. All guests must be 20 years or younger. Complete the request fully, have it signed by an administrator from the guest’s high school (if applicable), attach a photo ID, and return the request to the Deans no later than Monday, September 30th ,3 PM. LATE CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
