This Master Relationship Agreement ("MRA") is between Change Healthcare Operations, LLC, on behalf of itself and its affiliates ("CHC") and you ("Customer"). This MRA is effective as of the first day Customer either (i) subscribes to the Product or Service, or (ii) uses the Product or Service ("Effective Date"), and consists of the attached General Terms, and all Exhibits, and Solution Schedules which are incorporated by reference. The parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this MRA, which governs all Products and Services supplied by CHC to Customer under this MRA.
