Contract Type FiledSeptember 16th, 2014FRP US (Emergency) Federal Response Plan was a signed agreement among 27 federal departments and agencies, including the American Red Cross, that: provided the mechanism for coordinating delivery of federal assistance and resources to augment efforts of State and local governments overwhelmed by a major disaster or emergency; supported implementation of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 5121, et seq.), as well as individual agency statutory authorities; and supplemented other federal emergency operations plans developed to address specific hazards. It was replaced by the National Response Plan in 2004. See also National Response Plan.
