THIS LEASE made and entered into as of this day of November, 2021 (the “Agreement”), by and between the Town of Hudson, Massachusetts by and through its Board of Health, with no personal liability, a municipal corporation duly established by law and located in Middlesex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, now the Select Board, pursuant to a Town Meeting Vote of November 14, 2020, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D”, (hereinafter "Landlord"), and B-P Trucking, Inc. or its nominee, as defined below, (“B-P” or “Tenant”), a duly organized and existing municipal Massachusetts business corporation with offices at 47- 55 Nickerson Road, Ashland, Massachusetts (hereinafter called "Tenant").
