sole discretion, may: (a) return such Products to Seller at Seller’s risk and expense for scheduled delivery; (b) withhold payment for such Products until the date that such Products are scheduled for delivery; and/or (c) place such Products in storage for Seller’s account and at Seller’s expense until the scheduled delivery date(s). Delivery in accordance with this Order does not constitute acceptance by RIVERSIDE hereunder.
