This Contract Number MA-042-22010749 (“Contract”) is made and entered into this 1ST day of January, 2022 (“Effective Date”) between Applied Memetics, LLC (“Contractor"), with a place of business at 161 Fort Evans RD NE, Ste. 250, Leesburg, VA 20176, and County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County”), through its Health Care Agency with a place of business at 200 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 650, Santa Ana, CA 92701-7506. Contractor and County may sometimes be referred to hereinafter individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
