Catch Capital Management, LLC (“Catch Capital”) is a SEC registered investment adviser. The Catch Capital Discretionary Investment Management Agreement (“Agreement” or "Advisory Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions under which Catch Capital (“we,” or “us,”) will provide ongoing discretionary advisory services with respect to the investment assets in your Catch Capital account ("Advisory Assets" or "Advisory Account") through the Catch Capital Wrap Fee Program (the “Program”), an automated investment platform delivered to Catch Financial, Inc.
