This Master Services Agreement (the “Master Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Homebound Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Homebound Construction (“Homebound”) and the entity or individual (“Trade Partner”) who accepts the terms and conditions to partner with Homebound. The Master Agreement is effective upon the date the Trade Partner electronically agrees to the Master Agreement and governs services described hereunder performed both preceding and after such effective date.
