WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner1 of a tract of land zoned B-2, General Commercial, which contains approximately 2.35 acres (the “Subdivision Site”) and desires redevelop the site at the southeast corner of Navy Road and Veterans Parkway, Millington, TN to be known as the McCaughan Subdivision (the “Plan”2); and;
