Box 128, Coalville, Utah 84017 (the "County"), and the SNYDERVILLE BASIN SPECIAL RECREATION DISTRICT, a special service district of the State of Utah, whose address is 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, Utah 84098 (the “District"). Each is individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
