AND WHEREAS the NCOC and the EGCOC have decided to consolidate their respective brands, assets and operations into a single, stronger entity for the Towns of Newmarket and East Gwillimbury, which will be uniquely positioned to impact community prosperity through advocacy and economic development; bring greater value and benefit to the members of each Party and potential future members of the consolidated organization; and strengthen the voice of business in the Towns of Newmarket and East Gwillimbury;
