This Contract for Design Professional Services is made and entered into this 4th day of October, 2018 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and American Infrastructure Development, Inc., a Florida Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”. The Owner and the Design Professional hereby agree as follows:
