SMART Software Monatair Agreement means this Offer and the Conditions set out in the Schedule together with any acceptance thereof (an Order). Conditions means the conditions contained in the Schedule annexed hereto. Effective Date TBD Term means XXXX Fee Payment Plan [Data usage fees] means £XXXXXX. means Quarterly in arrears. Total fee is split over two instalments and the payment is due on the first working day of each quarter start.
