The Help American Vote Act (HAVA) Grant Agreement will establish a grant program to use state-appropriated and Federal HAVA funds to acquire and implement new voting equipment this year (Attachment 1). Each precinct will receive one tabulator and one accessible voting device per precinct. This will be the first time that we will have accessible voting devices available to voters to use in each of the individual 24 precincts. Prior to this, we only had one accessible voting device per building used for 16 precincts.
