These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”), together with any attachments hereto, are the only terms which govern the sale of the goods ("Goods") by the Seller to the Buyer. The accompanying quotation, confirmation of sale or /invoice (the "Sales Confirmation") and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, this "Agreement") comprise the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, both written and oral.
