This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 19, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between City of Bryan and any affiliates of City of Bryan for whom services shall be rendered under this Agreement (collectively, “Client”) and Vaco LLC d/b/a MorganFranklin Cyber and any of its affiliates (“Vaco”). Client and Vaco are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
