THE COLORADO COLLEGEHousing Agreement • January 31st, 2014
The delivery of this agreement by The Colorado College to the student constitutes an offer of housing accommodations within the limits of availability of on campus residential housing, and the signing of this form by the student and/or co-signer- guarantor constitutes an acceptance thereof. In the event that on campus residential housing is not available, notification of other arrangements shall be made by the Director of Residential Life and Housing or his/her designee (See “Residence Requirements” on reverse side). Rates shall be determined by The Colorado College no later than June 1st of the academic year. The Colorado College reserves the right, upon due notice, to change the room and board rates.
