Warshauer Generator, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide (customer) four (4 inspections, consisting of one (3) check ups and one (1) tune up, of equipment described as Serial Number 2088275 (hereinafter referred to as “equipment”). Customer agrees to accept and pay for parts and services necessary for scheduled maintenance on equipment in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Customer is responsible for any additional service or emergency calls and will be charged according to the company’s current rates. Rates are available upon request.
