THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this by and between Paradise Park, Inc., a Missouri corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the Reorganized School District No. 7 of Jackson County, Missouri, (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”) and is effective as of the date and time of acceptance on the signature page of this Agreement (“Effective Date”). Jon D. Ellis and Julia M. Ellis enter into this agreement personally solely to consent to the terms in Section 9.
