This agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Freedom Telecom, Inc. (“Freedom”), a South Carolina corporation, and may refer to either BellSouth or Freedom or both as a “Party” or “Parties”. This Amendment will be effective thirty (30) days from the date of last signature executing the Amendment.
