In July 2021, the City established a General Services Agreement with BSN, Inc. to provide sidewalk repair services. The current contract was awarded in July 2021 and expires on June 30, 2026, if all four (4) one-year extensions are executed. The first contract extension option via Amendment No. 1 was executed administratively extending the term to June 30, 2023. The proposed action will increase the contract not-to-exceed amount to $1,216,315, cumulatively, to allow BSN, Inc. to provide services for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2023 and the remaining optional three (3) one-year extensions.
