THIS PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 17, 2011, by and among AMERCO, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), U-Haul Leasing & Sales Co., a Nevada corporation and indirect subsidiary of the Company (“Pledgor”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association in its capacity as Trustee under the Indenture (the “Trustee”).
