THIS SIXTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of August 31, 2011 (the “Supplemental Indenture”), is entered into between AMERCO, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada (hereinafter called the “Company”), having its principal executive office located at 1325 Airmotive Way, Suite 100, Reno, Nevada 89502, and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association (hereinafter called the “Trustee”).
