This Separation Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made between Rich Maloney (hereinafter “Mr. Maloney”) an individual, on behalf of himself and his heirs and representatives, and Stage Stores, Inc., a Nevada corporation, including its officers, directors, members, employees, affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, attorneys, benefit plans and plan administrators, joint ventures, successors and/or assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Stage”). Mr. Maloney and Stage are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties”.
