This agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) will serve to confirm our agreement regarding your retirement from Southwestern Energy Company (“Southwestern Energy”) and the subsequent consulting services you will provide to Southwestern Energy, and the status of your benefits, following your retirement and separation from employment. For purposes of this Letter Agreement, the term “Southwestern Energy” will include Southwestern Energy and all subsidiaries and affiliated and successor companies of each of them.
