THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of June 15, 2018, by and between BADGER METER, INC., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Borrower”), and BMO HARRIS BANK N.A. (the “Bank”).
