This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made as of this 1st day of November, 1995, between The Black & Decker Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the "Corporation"), and Nolan D. Archibald (the "Executive"). The Corporation desires to continue to have the benefits of the Executive's knowledge and experience as a full-time employee, and the Executive desires to continue in full-time employment with the Corporation.
