This NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION GRANT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 20, 2007 (the “Date of Grant”), is delivered by Blue Ridge Real Estate Company (“Blue Ridge”) and Big Boulder Corporation (“Big Boulder”) to ___________________ (the “Optionee”).
