Irick (“You” or “Your”) and Brunswick Corporation (“Brunswick” or the “Company”), as of the date set forth below in connection with the payments and benefits to be provided to You by the Company (as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto), and in association with the termination of Your employment with the Company on October 29, 2018.
