This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 1, 2021, among MASTEC, INC., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), MASTEC NORTH AMERICA, INC., a Florida corporation (together with the Company, collectively, the “Borrowers” and each individually a “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and each individually a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer.
