FORM OF CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT with an effective date of ___________ (this “Agreement”), is made by and between Central Vermont Public Service Corporation (“Company”), and ___________________ (“Executive”).
