This MASTER SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of , 2015 by and between Computer Sciences Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“CSC”), and Computer Sciences Government Services Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Computer Sciences GS”).
