THIS JOINDER TO PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 11, 2016, is entered into by and among FARMER BROS. THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 11, 2016, is entered into between China Mist Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly known as Tea Leaf Acquisition Corp. (the “New Subsidiary”), Farmer Bros.
