THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 29, 2016 (this “Amendment”), is entered into among CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”), CoreLogic Australia Pty Limited, the Guarantors party hereto, the Lenders party hereto and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
