This Subcontract for Fund Administrative Services (“Subcontract”) is made as of February 1, 2008 between FRANKLIN INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereinafter called the “Investment Manager,” and FRANKLIN TEMPLETON SERVICES, LLC (the “Administrator”).
