This Stock Redemption Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of the 15th day of April 2015, and is by and among Patricia Schaefer and Diane D. Humphrey (each, a “Schaefer Heir” and collectively, the “Schaefer Heirs”) and Franklin Electric Co., Inc., an Indiana corporation (the “Company”).
