SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of January 7, 2016 among Tesoro Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Tesoro Great Plains Holdings Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “New Guarantor”), and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
