THIS AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of November, 2007, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL WORLD GROWTH AND INCOME FUND, INC., a Maryland corporation, (hereinafter, the “Fund”), and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, (hereinafter, the "Investment Adviser").
