THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED investment advisory and service AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of December, 2014, is made and entered into by and between AMERICAN FUNDS FUNDAMENTAL INVESTORS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust series consisting of one fund, Fundamental Investors (the “Fund”), and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
