WHEREAS, the Trustees of Capital Group Private Client Services Funds entered into an Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated as of September 4, 2015; and

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED INVESTMENT ADVISORY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 11th day of December 2017, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL GROUP PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the portfolios listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) and CAPITAL GUARDIAN TRUST COMPANY, a California corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
