THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED investment advisory and service AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of July 2019, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL GROUP EMERGING MARKETS TOTAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
