THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED INVESTMENT ADVISORY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of July 2019, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL GROUP PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the portfolios listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
