THIS investment advisory and service AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 7th day of June, 2024, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL GROUP completion FUND series (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust series consisting of one fund, Capital Group Core Bond Completion Fund (the “Fund”), and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).

This AGREEMENT is effective as of December 21, 2006, and is between JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank") and each of the investment companies and other pooled investment vehicles (which may be organized as corporations, business or other trusts, limited liability companies, partnerships or other entities) managed by Capital Research and Management Company and listed on Appendix A hereto, as such Appendix may be amended from time to time (each a "Customer").

THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, is between CAPITAL GROUP COMPLETION FUND SERIES (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust series on behalf of its initial fund, Capital Group Core Bond Completion Fund (the “Fund”), and AMERICAN FUNDS DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a California corporation (the “Distributor”).
